The Seine at Port-Marly Piles of Sand Alfred Sisley 1875
European Impressionism is one of the genres and movements in painting I like. This painting echoes the palates of color I like as well-earth tones and pastel-, and the subject matter, especially piles of sand. I like the subject of objects 😄 and 😜 stuff in process, change, deterioration and decay, or piled for some purpose or process. Art Institute European Impressionism collection.
