A NW Side of Milwaukee neighborhood
30th and Fond Du Lac and Locust seems like the mid NW side. Fond Du Lac is a major diagonal arterie that runs NW SE from the city center. It seems to host a variety of industrial and commercial activity and passes through several neglected neighborhoods, and crosses a lot of infrastructure and right of ways. You can see the city center to the SE.
